About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have an amazing experience
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately
  • Managing accounts using our park booking system to make reservations and track readiness of accommodation
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations
  • Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • A current driver's license is essential
