About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include:- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have an amazing experience
- Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately
- Managing accounts using our park booking system to make reservations and track readiness of accommodation
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations
- Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
- A current driver's license is essential
