Compassionate Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as compassionate care professionals in Australia.

As a care professional, your role will be vital in providing personal and emotional support to elderly individuals in our community.

You will work closely with clients to assist them with daily living activities while fostering a warm and nurturing environment.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to help enhance their quality of life
  • Monitor the health and well-being of clients and report any concerns to the management team
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and policies at all times
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care / Disability), or a related field
  • Must be familiar with Bowel Management, Dysphagia Management, and Hoisting
  • Available for 24/7 roster, this includes weekdays, weekends, and inactive sleepovers
  • Understanding of person-centered care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check
