**Disability Support Career Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and eating, while maintaining their dignity and respect.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks, ensuring their needs are met in a respectful and dignified manner.

• Develop and maintain skills related to budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, and household management to support client independence.

• Provide emotional support to clients, building trust and rapport to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Administer medication (when appropriately trained), accompany clients to appointments, and monitor their overall health.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Assist clients with leisure activities, outings, and social engagements to promote social inclusion and community participation.

**Requirements:**

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability for shifts
