Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner with current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level to join our team in supporting NDIS participants.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist NDIS participants and their families/caregivers to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans, ensuring individual plans reflect the participant's goals, passions, and strengths.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting NDIS participants to achieve their goals and aspirations, while also developing their skills and abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (ideally).
  • Report writing experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for working in the disability sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with NDIS participants, their families/caregivers, and other stakeholders.
