**Personal Care Assistant Opportunity**
St Anne's & St Joseph, Hunters Hill is seeking skilled Personal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality personalised care to our valued aged care residents. This diverse and rewarding role involves providing daily support with personal care, day-to-day tasks, and ensuring that each resident receives the best possible service.
The successful candidate will have:
- A certificate in Aged Care and relevant work experience;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proven passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with showering, dressing, and other daily activities;
- Supporting residents with eating, social activities, and overall well-being;
- Maintaining accurate records of care plans;
- Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing excellent service to families and the community.
**Requirements:**
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent);
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19;High quality of care and dedication to delivering exceptional services.
