Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead organisational change and facilitate the adoption of upgraded eMR solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within large, complex health service environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transitions in business processes, systems and technologies, workforce roles, and other structural elements impacted by the enhancements
  • Lead strategic initiatives to support the adoption of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR)
  • Develop and implement targeted change management strategies to optimise clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in health, health sciences, or management, and possess equivalent extensive experience in the health sector. They will also demonstrate a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including clinical and operational contexts.

  • Extensive experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within large, complex health service environments
  • Skilled in negotiating and influencing within multidisciplinary teams and across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex, multidisciplinary issues
