Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at CentrePoint Sport & Leisure Centre in Blaney, NSW.
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group fitness classes to our members, promoting a fun and supportive environment that encourages participants to reach their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver group fitness classes in a variety of formats, including Aqua Aerobics, Les Mills GRIT, Yoga, HIIT, Tabata, C30 Functional, Fit and Fab, and Circuits.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our members' needs and preferences, providing a personalized experience that meets their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive and inclusive class environment that promotes member engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your classes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant program certification (e.g. Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Barre, Cycle, Circuit, Les Mills).
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People check.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
