About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.

The Centre

We have a state-of-the-art facility offering a range of group fitness classes including Aqua Aerobics, Les Mills GRIT and BODYPUMP, Yoga, HIIT, Tabata, C30 - Functional and Lower Body, Fit and Fab and Circuts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes to a diverse range of members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of group fitness programmes and instructing techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote the centre and its services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of group fitness programmes.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
  • Relevant programme certification (e.g. Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Barre, Cycle, Circuit, Les Mills).
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
