Wildlife Conservationist

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based at Mullumbimby Depot, with the possibility of working from other sites as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for regenerating and maintaining bushlands in our region, ensuring that they remain healthy and biodiverse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regenerate and maintain bushlands through manual labor and machinery operation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve conservation goals
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and reports
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as conservation or horticulture
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid driver's license
