**Career Opportunity for Graduate Speech Pathologists**
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate graduate speech pathologists to join our team at Everyday Independence, a leading NDIS service provider.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced clinical team, developing skills and confidence in their clinical practice. You will be supported by a tailored 12-month graduate program, Everyday Flying Start, providing a comprehensive learning and mentoring experience.

**Role Details:**
We offer an estimated salary of $100,000 per annum, flexible work options, a focus on wellbeing, recharge days, multiple leave options, and limitless learning and development opportunities. As a graduate speech pathologist, you can expect:
- To learn how to become a social model practitioner and support people with a disability in community settings.
- To work with NDIS participants and their supports to understand goals and identify barriers to participation.
- To be part of a game-changing team creating and implementing evidence-based therapy plans that achieve lasting change and improved quality of life outcomes.
You'll be supported by a Clinical Mentor and Team Leader to build your skills and confidence, discover your passion, and unlock your potential. With access to a nationwide clinical network, you'll stay up-to-date with best practices and new evidence.
