The Role

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team, providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assisting with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Providing incidental transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Requirements

To be successful as a Caregiver, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs and experiences of older adults
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A reliable and trustworthy presence in the home environment
