Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business consultant to join our team. As a senior business consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop detailed project plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and operational changes
  • Develop and document user stories and acceptance criteria for decommissioning legacy applications
  • Facilitate collaboration across business lines and remove roadblocks to enable open communication among stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education or relevant industry certification
  • Experience as a business analyst in a finance context
  • Proven ability to develop solutions across teams in hybrid/agile environments
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
