Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Social Worker to provide leadership and expertise in patient/client care delivery.

About Us

The hospital is a principal teaching institution with an extensive range of diagnostic and treatment services, including cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, cancer, respiratory medicine, neurology, liver and kidney transplants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior clinical guidance, optimising patient care delivery and supporting staff development.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff and students on clinical placements in accordance with industry standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work, eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and significant experience in social work at Level 2 or higher.
