About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect2Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals with a range of disabilities, working across various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools

Requirements

  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
