Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing flight and maintenance crew rosters to achieve optimal operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Flight Operations and Maintenance Teams to ensure accurate rostering reflects resource needs and client requirements.\
  • Manage and coordinate staff rosters for all bases within Air Maestro, adhering to FRMS, EBA, and contractual requirements.\
  • Ensure timely completion and availability of rosters, meeting any relevant EBA requirements.\
  • Liaise with Pilots, Engineers, and Tech Crew regarding changes and updates to the roster.\
  • Collaborate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Travel to avoid roster conflicts with training and simulator sessions.\
  • Obtain approval from Head of Flights Ops (Chief Pilot) and Director of Technical for significant roster changes.\\[/ul]\

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • A certificate or tertiary qualification in Training Coordination or a related field (highly desirable but not essential).\
  • Demonstrated experience in management and coordination of training.\
  • Knowledgeable in Pilot and Engineering qualifications and aircraft airworthiness standards as contained in our Flight Operations Manual.\
  • Experience working in fast-paced operational/customer service environments within Aviation, Emergency Service, Defence, Mining, or Oil and Gas fields.\
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Workday, Air Maestro, RAMCO, Coruson, and SharePoint.\
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.\\[/ul]\
