About the Role

The Senior Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation for our Asia-Pacific region. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive customer success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing roles and a proven track record of growing SaaS businesses in APJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer value and adoption
  • Prioritize accounts to focus efforts based on perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe
  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for our product and go-to-market teams
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Associate/Manager or Technical Account Manager
  • Ability to marshal resources internally to ensure customer success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to weave data analysis into storytelling
