Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Champion. As a Customer Experience Champion, you will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty while driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading frequent customer meetings and quarterly business reviews bolstered by proactively sourced data-driven analysis.
  • Analyzing customer behavior inside and outside of our solutions to take action to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to grow accounts, negotiate customer contracts and renewals, and create corresponding amendments and statements of work.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
