Job Title: Risk and Insurance Manager

This role coordinates and manages enterprise risk management, internal audit, and insurance portfolios. Key responsibilities include coordinating the independent internal audit program, supporting the Audit, Risk, and Improvement Committee, and managing Business Continuity Plans.

  • Coordinate the independent internal audit program, including planning, procurement, and facilitating internal audits.
  • Support the Audit, Risk, and Improvement Committee, preparing and implementing action plans in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks to identify, mitigate, and manage risks.
  • Manage the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Business Continuity Plans in collaboration with all business units.
  • Manage insurance portfolios, including claims, policy renewals, and liaising with insurers to ensure effective management and mitigation of risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Insurance.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software and database use.
