About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our dynamic team as a Christmas Casual. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, unloading stock, and packing online orders in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a keen interest in sneakers and streetwear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver memorable experiences for every customer
  • Support your team to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure shelves are always stocked
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Ensure the store appearance is consistently fresh and tidy
Requirements:
  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends and late nights
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a love for sneakers and streetwear
