Hype DC, Accent Group's premium retailer, is seeking a Christmas Casual to join their team.

About the Role

As a Christmas Casual, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to our busiest time of year. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting your team to achieve sales and KPI goals, and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by premium products and the latest sneaker trends. If you are passionate about sneakers and delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable experiences for every customer
  • Support your team to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Maintain accurate stock levels
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Ensure the store remains fresh and tidy
What We Are Looking For
  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and public holidays
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A passion for sneakers and streetwear
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
