  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' abilities and needs to identify barriers to their return to work.

  • Develop and implement personalized return-to-work plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.

  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that support clients' successful return to work.

  • Identify and address potential barriers to clients' return to work, such as workplace modifications or accommodations.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiotherapy is highly regarded.

  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA is essential.

  • Full working rights and a current Australian driver's license are also required.
