We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the security architecture of our solution designs, ensuring compliance with government information assurance requirements and industry best-practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement security architecture for large, complex ICT projects, ensuring alignment with Defence ICT and government security requirements.
- Contribute to design decisions associated with security architecture and security controls, ensuring the integration of security models with external systems.
- Manage system security requirements throughout the system life-cycle, ensuring compliance and approval for system operation.
- Prepare security documentation, including Security Plans, Risk Assessments, and Certification and Accreditation packages.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels, influencing key stakeholders and promoting a culture of security awareness.
- A Bachelor degree or higher in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline, together with substantial relevant professional experience and specialised training.
- Substantial professional experience with security architecture, certification and accreditation, including experience in Government information assurance requirements.
- Knowledge and exposure to systems and enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software and ICT engineering, and interface protocols.
- A current NV1 clearance, with the expectation of obtaining an NV-2.
