Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior account manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be working on integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery.

  • You will support the account director and broader account management team.
  • You will manage fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications.
  • You will organise project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings, and budget (work with operations and producer teams).
  • You will contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion; and help to write inspiring creative briefs.
  • You will proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates.
  • You will build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • You will act as mentor to account managers & account executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration.
  • You will generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges in a positive way the perception of the client brand in market.
