About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes, enabling them to live independently for longer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Help with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

Requirements

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems

What to Expect

Before joining our team, we will perform a National Police Check/Right to Work, functional fitness assessment on your behalf, as well as confirming evidence of COVID vaccination.
