Senior Management System Auditor

Seeking a diligent and experienced audit professional to lead management system audits. We require someone who has successfully managed teams and coordinated all aspects of comprehensive audits according to ISO 19011:2018 and ISO 17021-1:2015 requirements.
A minimum of three years' experience in implementing or applying certifiable management systems is essential. This includes maintaining and providing evidence of an up-to-date audit log demonstrating relevant auditing experience gained under prescribed conditions within the required timeframe.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability to conduct management system audits to ISO 17021-2:201, ISO 17021-3:2017 and/or ISO 17021-10:2018 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct thorough audits including document reviews, stage 1 pre-assessments, stage 2 certification audits, surveillance audits, triennial recertification audits, corrective action reviews and follow-up audits.
- Review clients' management systems and their implementation or elements thereof, collect objective evidence of compliance with applicable requirements, assign specific tasks to audit team members (where applicable), report and discuss findings with the audit team members (where applicable) and reach acceptable decisions about the client's management system's compliance with applicable requirements.
- Assemble an audit report, maintain audit records and make recommendations for maintaining, granting, renewal or suspension of certification.
Requirements
Our organization requires a person who has satisfied the criteria and demonstrated ability to manage an audit team and coordinate all aspects of complete management system audits.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in implementing or applying certifiable management systems;
- maintained and be able to provide evidence of an up-to-date audit log to demonstrate that their auditing experience was gained under the prescribed conditions and within the required time frame;
- demonstrated capability to conduct management system audits to the ISO 17021-2:201, ISO 17021-3:2017 and/or ISO 17021-10:2018 requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exemplary time management skills;
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients;
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people from the executive to the basic level;
- Experience using technology for various tasks;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
