Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our Market Planning group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading short/mid-term monthly S&OP revisions for EAPI and Japan regions, involving building and maintaining sell-in/sell-out forecasts based on historical sales, latest trends, retail activities, and seasonality.
  2. Reflecting the latest forecasts into IBP to drive production adjustments and ensure main risks and opportunities are well understood by the Global planning team.
  3. Tracking, investigating, and explaining variances between forecast and actual results to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  4. Managing production/stock allocation when supply cannot meet demand.
  5. Serving as the guardian of inventory available for the region and ensuring stock levels remain under control.
  6. Serving as the main point of contact for the EAPI and Japan team (commercial, sales support, marketing) for all matters related to units' planning via monthly governance and ad-hoc requests, aiming to improve visibility, smoothen the order-to-delivery process, and support growth.
  7. Supporting the elaboration of the unit ordering strategy for the EAPI and Japan region, including defining rules/guidelines, managing product allocation, confirming orders, and ensuring internal/external stakeholders have necessary information in due time.
  8. Creating/updating reports, summaries, and presentations to explain strategies and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, or Demand Planning.
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • First experience with IBP is not mandatory but a strong plus.
  • Well-rounded business acumen combined with high strategic thinking, problem-solving, and willingness for efficiency.
  • Ability to challenge the status-quo with data-driven insights and a mindset always looking for process improvements.
  • Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work and deliver in high-stress environments.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
