At GFG-Alliance, we are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on national averages in Australia. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders;
  • Developing and maintaining a data repository to provide a structured and accessible suite of reporting KPIs and measurements;
  • Driving continuous improvement opportunities to standardise, simplify, and add greater insight to reporting and analysis;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting;
  • CA or CPA qualification;
  • Post-qualification experience within a large or complex environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to influence and drive change;
  • Experience with Group Reporting systems, preferably TM1 (Planning Analytics);
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
