Job Overview

Candidates will be required to identify process enhancements across our contract logistics operations and drive profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with sites to improve processes in line with LEAN methodologies.
  • Deliver project improvements with a focus on identifying opportunities, re-engineering processes, driving efficiency through change, and implementing operational changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to conduct Kaizen activities successfully through training, coaching, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain tools for process excellence: such as 5S & scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, utilization reports.
  • Guide operations teams to achieve target levels on site accreditation programs.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified in industrial engineering or related field with solid experience gained in a related role.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with process improvement tools, Kaizen, Lean, etc.
  • Clear communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
  • Bonus: AutoCAD or similar software knowledge.
