About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled administrative professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to senior management, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. They will also be involved in preparing sales and marketing reports, developing presentations and marketing materials, and coordinating logistics for events and exhibitions.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative capacity and possess strong Microsoft application skills, particularly in word processing, Excel, and Outlook email.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be a people-oriented individual with a professional attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, records, distribution lists, and contact databases, as well as researching VIP guests and coordinating special requests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
