External Security Vetting Expert

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our external security vetting team.
- This role requires expertise in handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels, including Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1, Negative Vetting Level 2, and Positive Vetting.
- As a Lead External Security Vetting Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing high-performing teams, assessing clearance cases, and leveraging your experience in vetting with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government or similar high-security environments and hold a minimum of Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance. A Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is also highly desirable.
In this critical role, you'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and best practices.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), ensuring alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
