Defence Infrastructure Project Leader

The role involves managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion, collaborating with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage infrastructure projects through all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement.
- Manage project documentation and reporting in line with industry best practices.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, focusing on risk management and continuous improvement.
- Oversee handover/takeover processes and ensure timely project closeout.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Construction Management).
- Current Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in the Defence or Government sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Strong understanding of government procurement practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
