Furniture Installation Specialist

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our events team on a fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver, set up, and pack down event furniture at major festivals, sporting events, and activations across Sydney & NSW.
- Work with various types of event furniture, including picnic tables, beer-garden sets, pallet lounges, umbrellas, fencing, and more.
- Follow run sheets, maps, and client briefs to ensure smooth and professional installations.
- Prep and maintain gear at our Revesby warehouse (sanding, painting, cleaning, light carpentry).
- Drive vehicles, restrain loads safely, and practice correct manual handling.
- Lead casual crews on site when required, ensuring quality, presentation, and safety.
Requirements:
- Reliable and physically fit for event work.
- Driver's licence essential (MR/HR licence highly valued).
- Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, weekends & public holidays as per event schedules.
- Previous experience in events, labouring, carpentry, or logistics an advantage but not required.
- Team-oriented attitude – someone who fits our family-business culture.
