Leading Dynamics Solutions Specialist

The Dynamics Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and governing scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
This position involves leading solution design, providing technical leadership to delivery teams, and ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and reusable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform is required.
- Strong track record in enterprise solution design, including multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices is necessary.
- Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and messaging patterns is also essential.
- Excellent knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations, ideally within the public sector is crucial.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to represent technical recommendations in governance forums is vital.
