About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our early childhood education service, ensuring high-quality care and education throughout three key developmental milestones. As a Lead Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding compliance with national regulations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework. They will possess excellent leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with a focus on detail and a proactive attitude.
- Drive business growth through occupancy increase and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
- Become the key point of contact for existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards and address serious service issues.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site experience desirable.
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
