Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bolton Clarke. As a community-based Occupational Therapist, you will be working directly with elderly clients in their own homes to ensure their physical needs and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management, and strengthening
- Develop individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes
- Falls prevention, education, and strength training work are all included in this position
- Collaborate closely with local community teams and key stakeholders
- Incorporate a holistic approach to healthcare that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities
- Currently registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- Prior community experience is highly desirable
- Ability to provide high-quality treatment and intervention
- Police check (dated within the last 3 years)
- Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinations
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
- Own vehicle and NSW licence
