About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on the Central Coast. As a social model therapist, you'll support people to overcome the barriers that are holding them back from engaging with their local community and the wider world. You'll work in an interdisciplinary team, supported by skilled mentors and Habit Coaches, to empower participants to achieve greater outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Support people across different age groups and life stages, with the option to design a caseload based on your clinical passions and areas of interest.
  • Work in a commercial environment, delivering high-impact outcomes in participant lives.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and build the capacity of participants and their supports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Excellent listening skills and a positive approach to risk.
  • Drive to deliver high-impact outcomes in participant lives.
  • Flexibility to work in a commercial environment.
  • Commitment to developing yourself and the people around you.
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in the community or disability sector.
