Community Moment Lead

We're seeking dynamic individuals to spearhead our community sessions, fostering meaningful connections and promoting mental wellbeing.

As a Community Moment Lead, you'll oversee and facilitate 1-2 sessions weekly in your local area. Each session is designed to be low-pressure, inclusive, and welcoming for attendees.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create a friendly atmosphere, and lead group activities. They should also be comfortable with promoting events and representing our organization locally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests and establish a positive environment that encourages connection among participants.
  • Lead short icebreaker activities (10-15 minutes) at each session to stimulate conversation.
  • Host casual coffee catch-ups after sessions to nurture relationships and friendships.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booking facilitators and practitioners from our approved network.
  • Set up and pack down each session, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage registrations and attendee check-in on arrival.
  • Promote local sessions and serve as a brand ambassador for our organization.
