Education Support Trainer and Assessor Job

We are seeking a qualified trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in a school based environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education and the ability to inspire and engage students.

This is a casual or contractual position available for those with teaching, training or lecturing experience. Professional growth and development opportunities exist.

  • Bachelor of Education or CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Educational Support qualifications required.
  • TAE40122 certification preferred but not necessary if willing to obtain.

About the Role:

  • Deliver training programs using comprehensive learning materials and past experience.
  • Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Develop and adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse student groups.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Effective time-management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on a casual or contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
