Support Worker

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities and their families to live independently.

Your Role

You will be responsible for providing support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living tasks, such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as showering and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Cleaning and maintaining clients' homes
  • Doing laundry and ironing for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members
  • A current NDIS Worker screening check
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • An open drivers license and access to a vehicle
