About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Associate to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public and back-of-house areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces, through vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
  • Report any damage or faults to the facilities management team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines when handling and storing chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labor is highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is desired but not essential.
