Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Signal Design Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our signaling design team, you will be responsible for delivering complex signaling design schemes in accordance with industry and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of complex signaling design schemes compliant with customer requirements.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure expert knowledge is transferred to others.
- Communicate and defend the signaling technical solution to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documents and designs are issued and controlled in accordance with company processes and relevant industry standards.
- Interface with other groups to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
- Assemble and chair reviews to detect design errors and process inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/University Degree.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in signaling design and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and display polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile mindset and ability to take prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
