Empowering the next generation of coders and game developers is a challenging yet rewarding experience.

As a casual educator/instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver engaging lesson plans to small groups of children, promoting learning and fun.
  • Set up and manage classroom equipment, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with the organization via Slack, addressing any questions or concerns.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Experience working with primary-aged children (highly desirable).
  • Tech-savviness, problem-solving skills, and basic coding knowledge (preferably drag-and-drop/block coding).
  • Confident public speaking abilities and ability to adapt lesson plans as needed.
  • Mature outlook, common sense, and risk management skills.
  • Fluent conversational English and a valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Access to a laptop with HDMI connectivity.

**Working Arrangements:**

  • Casual position, approximately 2-8 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends.
  • Shift work, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

**Remuneration:** Paid competitively according to experience and qualifications.
