Position Overview
The Principal is a permanent, full-time role responsible for fostering a positive educational environment that nurtures strong relationships among students, staff, and the broader community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Establish and uphold a school culture that encourages constructive interactions among students and staff.
- Engage parents and the community in the educational initiatives of the school.
- Innovate and create systems that enhance academic performance and support the social and emotional growth of students.
- Commit to ongoing school improvement and the development of teaching practices, particularly for novice educators.
- Build partnerships with various agencies, schools, and community services to enrich school programs.
