Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Scheduler to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our assets.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop key stakeholder relationships and gain exposure to all facets of maintenance scheduling within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing weekly maintenance schedules for execution by maintainers
  • Prioritizing maintenance with planning, maintenance and engineering teams to optimize resource allocation
  • Reviewing available resources to complete required work and adjusting schedules accordingly
  • Facilitating regular schedule review meetings to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously refining maintenance schedule workflows to achieve optimal safety and efficiency
Requirements:
  • A commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of team members
  • Skills in maintenance planning or scheduling, including proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • A current driver's license (manual) for Australian roads
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and drive results
