Retail Facility Operations Manager

Work as a key professional in managing facilities within large retail environments.
You will oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services, ensuring a safe and operational environment for both our customers and business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the quality of services provided by our integrated facilities management supplier.
- Closely working with internal teams to coordinate audits and reviews related to facilities management.
- Supporting budgeting activities and the annual business plan in your unit.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong contract management skills.
- A solution-focused mindset to address facility-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
