Nanny & Household Manager Position

We are seeking a reliable and caring nanny/house manager to provide top-notch care for our two young sons (5yrs and 3yrs old) in our Redfern home. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children in a structured yet relaxed environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Dropping off and collecting the children from school, as well as taking them to after-school activities
- Providing a supportive, screen-free environment where the children can engage in independent play
- Assisting with household cleaning, chores, meal prep/cooking, and laundry
The family values independence and creativity in their children and is looking for someone who shares these qualities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable allowing the children to play independently.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience caring for children
- A driver's license (a car will be provided for work use)
- Childcare qualifications preferred but not essential
- Experience with cleaning, household tasks, and meal prep
- A Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
