About this role
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, your primary responsibility will be to pick, pack and check products in line with customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of stock within the warehouse.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be measured on order accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating your ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
Our store operates 7 days per week, requiring flexibility in working hours, including rotating shifts and weekend work.
