Support Coordinator

The role of the Support Coordinator plays a vital part in helping individuals with disabilities live independently and participate fully in their communities.

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate support professional to partner with a 28-year-old male participant based in Sydney who sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the participant with daily living tasks and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Encouraging independence and participation in community activities
  • Providing support and guidance to help the participant achieve their goals and aspirations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
  • NDIS Effective Communication Module
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current NDIS Screening check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Current Working With Children Check

Please note that two current references are required.
