Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in Geelong as Business Partners. As a Business Partner, you will be part of a dedicated business partnering team responsible for delivering key end-to-end people and culture support to the business.

You will work closely with business leaders to drive performance, identify capability needs, support on key change and projects, and advise and deliver on key People initiatives aligned to the delivery of our divisional and organisational strategy.

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience with a proven track record of supporting business operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in HR or a related discipline including HR generalist experience as well as proven experience managing casework such as employee relations investigations, grievance resolution and performance improvement processes.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
