The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at Aquamoves. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Centre Manager and Coordinator team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking fortnightly direct debit operations, invoicing, and managing daily banking requirements;
  • Providing administrative support to the Centre Manager and Coordinator team;
  • Assisting with the ongoing development, operations, and future planning to best meet the health and wellbeing needs of the community.
